Remember Who You Are and Why You're Here
If you're a sensitive you may not always feel very excited to be here. Maybe you miss someplace you long for, but can't fully remember. The only thing you know is, that place is not here. Maybe you've had a tough time figuring out who you are, trying to distinguish yourself from others. Or, you could feel so overwhelmed at times that you wonder if all this sensitivity is a character flaw or some rude cosmic joke.
This is understandable. It's not easy to be a highly sensitive person or an empath. But, remember, we are the Light Beings. We've come with a mission and it's important for us to learn how to live with our sensitivity and use it for the greater good.
We can only give who we are. If we are filled with fear, that's what we offer to others. If we love ourselves, then we give love to the world around us. Heal your wounds and you exude the loving light of compassion and healing.
Healing your wounds, big or small, can be the key to understanding yourself and your life's global purpose. Learning to embrace your sensitivity and incorporate this huge part of who you are into your life can be liberating, validating, and uplifting. Sometimes, this healing perspective can be the key to finally finding the inner peace and joy you've been looking for.
